Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Digital products/downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@digielevix.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll happily exchange it. Please contact us at support@digielevix.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
